Tim Morris – General Manager

Tim has managed construction in Arizona for more than two decades.  He served as a senior manager for Ryland Homes, KB Home, Brown Family Communities and Montalbano Homes; working to manage purchasing/contracting, design center operations, and architectural design. 

Tim started working in construction in his teen years, and while most often a carpenter, he has craft experience in every trade involved in home construction.

Rick Olds – Project Manager

Rick has managed construction in Arizona for ten years.  As a Director of Construction for Montalbano Homes, Rick oversaw 18 superintendents covering dozens of new home communities. 

Prior to that, he was a superintendent for Ryland Homes, Monterey Homes, and Hancock Communities.  Rick also has a hands-on background in drywall and texturing.

Pablo Martinez – Project Manager

Pablo has supervised construction projects in Arizona for 12 years, working with United Homes, Cavalier Development and Montalbano Homes.  He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

With his impressive background as a punch-man for construction teams, Pablo has the handyman skills to do nearly every fix that any home could need, and the project management skills to lead our teams of subcontractors and suppliers.

Jeremy Johnson – Project Manager

Jeremy worked as a construction superintendent for nine years with builders such as Montalbano Homes, KB Home, and Canterra Homes. 

In addition to his experience as a superintendent, Jeremy has an extensive hands-on background in structural framing, trim carpentry, and general remodeling.

Thelma Morris – Administration

Thelma was drafted out of retirement to assist with AzUSA’s office administration.  A veteran of several industries,

Thelma adds a background of office procedures and marketing copy creation in support of the AzUSA Companies’ operations.

Mike Haley – Design & Drafting

Mike Haley is a principal of Michael & Associates, a full service architectural firm specializing in production home building.

 Michael & Associates works with the AzUSA Companies to design and draft blueprints for Design-Build construction, project drawings for FHA 203K loan funded home-improvements, and construction documents for building new homes and room-additions.
